Reliable as-built records are rare. Most projects either skip them or rely on hand-drawn approximations that don't survive contact with reality. LiDAR-based as-built documentation produces a verified, dimensionally accurate record of what's actually installed. We deliver these as-built scans for owners taking handover of new construction, for owners updating ageing records, and for engineering firms needing a baseline before retrofit. Output is point cloud plus 2D/3D extracted geometry.
